Fresh sheep’s ricotta, still warm, soft and wonderfully aromatic – made exclusively from the milk of our own sheep and using the slow, traditional methods that have always been part of our history. Sometimes it’s the simple things that delight us most: warm bread, fresh ricotta and a little honey. Or combined with good tomatoes, the finest olive oil, or as a filling for homemade ravioli. Our Ricotta di Pecora is creamy yet firm, mild yet full of character – perfect for both sweet and savoury dishes. As well as fresh ricotta, we also stock pecorino and – on pre-order – other Sardinian specialities and traditional delicacies.
